Well proportioned, this stand alone villa has white stuccoed brick walls with picked out brown and red feature bricks in geometric patterns along the interconnecting walls and benath the eaves. This treatment can also be found on the side gate to the right of the photo and around the vestibule. The decorated brick edging around the portico can just be seen beyond the camelia at the left of the picture. It also features leadlight windows with a beautiful fan like geometric pattern picked out in frosted, bevilled and plain glass.
